Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointments online up to 3 hrs before the appointment without any charges. Cancellations made 1hr or less before the appointment is treated as a No Show and are subjected to a 100% service fee. If customer does not show up without prior notice, they will be charged the full-service amount.
